Where do you ship to?
We ship across the world from one of our three warehouses. The EU and US warehouses serve the EU and the US, respectively. The UK warehouse serves the UK and the rest of the world, including Canada and Australia. Please check our shipping policy to see if we dispatch to your country.
Are you an official Evercade retailer?
Yes! We are an official retailer for Evercade and HyperMegaTech! Products. We’re the only place where you’ll be able to get Limited Edition releases, and exclusive Evercade merchandise and accessories. Explore our site to find out more!
How can I track my order?
All tracking is emailed to customers. Please check your email inbox and all folders to see if you have received an email confirming that your order has been dispatched with the tracking details. If you have not received this, please contact our customer service team for an update on your order.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Yes! All orders can be amended or cancelled before they are processed by our warehouse. Although we will try, we are unable to guarantee an order can be amended or cancelled before dispatch. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
How do pre-orders work?
All of our new products are available to pre-order ahead of release. We take payment for pre-orders so that we can reserve the stock in advance. All of our pre-orders have release dates and are not affiliated to crowd funding in any way. You’ll receive the tracking information for your pre-order closer to the release date.
Can you part ship orders?
Unfortunately, we are unable to part ship orders/pre-orders. We would always recommend placing separate orders for pre-orders so that you do not need to wait.
How do I make a return?
We accept returns if he products are in a saleable condition, unused, undamaged, and still in the original sealed packaging. You can return any product within 30 days of purchase. All products should be returned within 14 days. Please read our
